Free Standard Shipping
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders above $49/- within Canada. We ship all orders from one of the followings:
- Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Canada Post
Should we not be able to ship your order within three (3) business days, we will make every effort to advise you of our estimated shipping date. If at any time you are not satisfied with 'anything', you may cancel your order anytime.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates varies from city to city, country to country. Our "LIVE" automatic shipping calculator which is hooked up with DHL, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx will estimate the shipping cost for you once you are ready to place your order. We have no control over any shipping rates, these shipping rates are already discounted from our shipping provider. Please select your shipping method according to your needs.

BC - 1 day express vs 2 days ground
AB - 1 day express vs 1 day ground
SK - 1 day express vs 1 day ground
MB - 1 day express vs 2 days ground
ON - 1 day express vs 3 days ground
NL - 2 days express vs 7 days ground
NS - 2 days express vs 5 days ground
PE - 2 days express vs 5 days ground
NB - 2 days express vs 5 days ground
QC - 1 day express vs 4 days ground

How do i get my discount?
Once you are eligible for the discount, the discount is automatically applied to your next orders. You can verify that by looking at the bottom of your invoice and read the line that says:
Customer Loyalty Discount:
You have spent $XXX.XX since you created the account, so you qualify for a discount of XX%: $XX.XX
How many times can I use this discount?
There is no limit on how many times you use this discount, as soon as you reach the amount, every next order is eligible for that much discount. For example:
If you have placed 2 orders for the amount of $50/-, this will bring your loyalty to $100/- this means you are elible for 5% discount on every future order.
Does your store offer any discounts on large orders?
Due to the nature of our business, we have to have a very trained staff to do the personalizing. We spend so many extra hours every year to train our staff to do it right. Saying that:
Following are the general things we would be looking into before we can offer any discounts:
- Your order must be over $500/-
- We need to know which ornament(s) you want?
- Are they all to be personalized the same, or each differently?
- Tell us what you want personalized on the ornament and if they are to be sent to the same address?
- Please note that there is no discount on "Custom Ornaments" as we don't charge any setup fee or sample fee.
I received a broken ornament what sould I do?
We are very sorry this happened.
